At Ultimate Computer Systems,
Inc., we believe that our service to you has to be of the highest
caliber.
To that end, we provide many
different options to suit your service
requirements.
All of our equipment is tested for
performance prior to reaching your site. And, if installation is included
in your purchase, our Field Engineers will install and test the equipment
again to ensure maximum functionality and performance at your site
location.
Ultimate Computer Systems will provide service under the applicable
warranty and warranty conditions, relevant to your equipment
purchase.
We are also happy to provide
tailor-made, post-warranty maintenance contracts, customized to suit your
needs and your budget. A
maintenance contract will provide our customers with priority response to
any equipment problem, regularly scheduled inspections and cleaning, as
well as telephone support.
The guaranteed response time for emergency support (outside of
regularly scheduled work) is 4 hours. Maintenance contracts can be
billed to the customer annually, quarterly or monthly to suit your
needs.
Service on an “as needed” basis
can be provided at a cost of $65.00/hour plus the cost of parts. Guaranteed response time is 48-72
hours. If the service call is
an emergency, response can be provided within a 4-hour time frame, but
will be charged at a cost of $85.00/hour.
Our objective is to ensure that
your equipment performs at its’ optimum level and that the equipment
lifespan is maximized through proper maintenance and
care.
As a routine service, Ultimate Computer Systems will
recommend a two-year plan for the necessary equipment upgrades and
additions to allow for continuous growth, improvement and
stability.
